Meet Tracy Neill, drop & hook's New Marketing Account Manager

drop & hook has recently started expanding our business through taking on new clients and hiring new talent to take our business to the next level. In this blog, we will be introducing you to Tracy Neill who joined us just before the holidays as our new Marketing Account Manager.

Tracy’s Role at drop & hook

Tracy is joining the team as a Marketing Account Manager who will work with both existing and new clients. Her day to day will entail meeting with clients to prepare a monthly plan for marketing activities such as email marketing, social media, content creation, website monitoring, and more. Her responsibility will be to ensure that the plan agreed upon by each client is seamlessly put into place and executed to help each client meet their marketing goals. 

Before drop & hook

Tracy has 6+ years of experience in Marketing and almost 5 years within the logistics industry. Before drop & hook, Tracy worked at Trucker Tools on their marketing team where she managed marketing efforts for the broker, carrier, and partnership sides of the business. She has extensive knowledge in brand awareness, strengthening client and partner relationships, and driving qualified leads. Her favorite part about working at Trucker Tools was getting to know all of the great people that she met along the way and building lasting relationships in the industry.

Why drop & hook?

Tracy has only really had experience working in an internal marketing department, which she has loved and learned a lot from, but she is excited to get to learn more about the agency life. She has also thoroughly enjoyed working in the logistics industry which was a major bonus and deciding factor for joining the drop & hook team. Working for a marketing agency brings her excitement because she will still be able to do the type of work she loves but will get to work with multiple different clients and learn new experiences to help build her career. 

Life Outside of Work

Outside of work, Tracy loves doing outdoorsy and adventurous activities. Locally, she is part of a kickball league that plays during Spring, Summer, and Fall and loves visiting her lake house to hangout with friends and do watersports such as skiing and tubing. Further from home, she enjoys traveling across the world for scuba diving, snow skiing, and just to learn about other cultures and their history. Most recently she visited Palau in Micronesia for a dive trip and plans to go to the Philippines this summer for more diving. 

At home, Tracy loves having friends or family over for game nights for some friendly competition. She also enjoys hanging out with her two dogs, Finn and Rue, whether it be hanging out on the couch or taking them for long walks.
